Gundlach Carpet Base Cutter

Gundlach's No. 830 Base Cutting Machine lets you make your own wall base. It is made from lightweight aluminum castings, and can be adjusted for any width from 1-5/8" to 6". Cutter cuts any type of carpet, and uses slotted razor blades. It is extremely easy to use, and comes with instructions and a square corner heavy duty blade.
