As most of you repeat customers have noticed, Carpetstretcher.net has a new look. We've integrated a new look to make browsing our site easier. All of the menus are now more organized and they have been updated with a scroll over menu. Now all you have to do is scroll over the category to see all of the subcategories. Now our customers won't have to click into every little category to find what they want, which causes someone to hit the back button to many times. We've learned that if a customer has to click to many times in order to find a product, then it ends up being to much of a hassle and they will shop somewhere else. On average if a person can't find what they are looking for within the first 2 minutes, then they get frustrated and won't ever come back to your website. We've taken these simple concepts and integrated them into our website and the response has been phenomenal. So I'd like to thank all of you loyal customers that gave us any feedback so that we could make this happen.
